A Professional Associate Member of Australian Coeliac Society this Confectioner/ owner is a qualified special dietary patisserie chef and confectioner, who has relinquished a career in chefs hat restaurants and training chocolatier/confectioners to persue the greater passion for cooking and culinary invention.

Golly Gully Lolly Gobble is committed to ethical and socially useful business practice. The production kitchen is located in Box-Ironbark woodland, near Castlemaine, Central Victoria, on a remote power rural property. Rain water catchment ensures a chemical-free ingredient, while solar power and a sustainable wood cooking and heating system ensure minimal imprint on the planet.

I hope you appreciate the environmentally sensitive restraint in packaging, and recycle with consideration. In response to customer requests, adaptation of products to suit various dietary needs continues, suggestions are welcomed so EVERYONE can party.

Golly Gully uses cane sugar (Australian of course) because your body does recognise the full intake of that ingredient, unlike other substitutes which go unrecognised so your appetite-full button is not activated.
